Sorry for the late follow-up... I've just not been feeling myself lately, coupled with several unfortunate events which has left me very parched, depressed and dissapointed... But well, I will be back on track as quickly as I can for there is so much to do. And for starters...

Blog-wise I'm still working on my manual subscribtion feed... gotten myself a newly SEXED-UP cbox... am now on del.icio.us and Technorati networks... and am also currently working on a sister site, which will be accessible from this page and hopefully will be up and running by the end of this month. Not that I have much of a choice - study break ends at the end of this month! So I'm not going to be doing very much I guess besides screwing with HTML and Photoshop...

It sure feels good being at these comp venues again... so many bodybuilder all coming together at one place... so many people sharing the same faith and passion for this sport, and you also run into pals from other gyms whom you've not seen for ages...

I didn't get alot of pictures of Rosli in this round cos at this moment he was already getting really sick and all his photos turned out looking like he was about to puke or faint there and then on-stage.... It's tougher than it looks out there okaaaay, with the dehydration and hunger and dizziness kicking in, and imagine going thru TWO ROUNDS!!!! (three, if you count prejudging)

That wraps it up! My witnessing the exhilirating, motivating Mr. Selangor. I won't be attending this weekend's Mr. KL tho... sadness. =( Will be heading to Camerons instead (what does that tell you? Another picture post huh. Yay...), but well to all you people who are going as competitors AND spectators, have fun for me ok??

You know how much it broke-stabbed-cut open-murdered my heart when he chopped it all off for Gym Rakyat Classic last year????? Well if you don't know already I have the most extreme hots for guys with long hair. And seeing Ernie at the South City Plaza competition in his shirt and tie and a much longer ponytail was what made me fall *BOOM!* hook-line-and-sinker for him.
