After not having swum for aeons and aeons.... I SWEAR the sport is conspiring against me. No not cos I lacked stamina or have forgotten how to swim lah of course! But the next morning both my hamstrings (already the least flexible part of me) seem to have seized up and stiffened. Like WTF-ness. =.= Even mild stretching hurts. And to think I'm someone who can leap and land in a perfect split!! *SIGH*

I know, I know... A-levels is barely over yet and I shouldn't really be sidetracked by such things... but honestly these thoughts have been haunting me for the past few months, as a matter of fact, and even more so yesterday and today.... funny thing is I don't know exactly how to put my thoughts into words...

Sigh. Two extremes. Two difficult choices.
Gentleness or Aggression.
Desire or Fear.
Soft or Hard.
Feminity or Masculinity.

I'm not you're typical female. Stop treating me like one. But.................
a side of me still desires to be treated like every hero's damsel in distress.

I aspire to emulate beautiful women like Yaxeni Oriquen and Chyna... by the Gods I've never been so fascinated with any other women before... but coming back to reality - how many others do share my perspective that they portray ultimate beauty?

Will he one day wake up and say, I've had it. I want a proper woman. The kind with a gentle disposition, long legs, slender arms, a tall willowy frame and pneumatic tits from the wildest dreams of any man. Not one whose chest doesn't feel any different from my own.

I believe... in being beautiful and strong at the same time. But beyond that lies so many questions and insecurities. And emotionally.... I'm still weak as weak can be.

That aside.... I think I've allowed myself too much slack. =/ Training's pretty down in the dumps again and I've gone off the diet for far too long. Dammit. Think it's time to hop back on the build-n'-burn bandwagon.
EAT LIKE A BODYBUILDER, TRAIN LIKE A POWERLIFTER. That'll be my new mantra for some time to come.

And I'm finally admitting that YES my hair is getting too long and too troublesome. So I'm taking Rosli's advice to wear it in a braid. But you know something... I don't have the least idea how to pleat my hair. Yes. No you didn't hear wrongly. *ashamed*

Best thing was I wasn't even there!!! XD Haha... Bitches. Sad thing is, we're all born and bred of the same blood - all vicious women and I suppose it's something I should be proud of... cos this one is going to be the most vicious of them all when the time comes. ;) Besides... people make snide comments when they're jealous, no? First up... our sashimi platter!!!
To be honest... I don't like sashimi. X.X Until today when I was tempted to try a lil bit of everything and found that it wasn't so bad... :)

My Kani-Unatama Makimono... which was basically deep fried soft-shell crab, unagi and tamago wrapped in seaweed and drizzled with mayo. THIS STUFF IS GOOD!!! We even decided to order a 2nd portion!

California Cheese Maki (basically California Rolls topped with unagi and cheese)... or something like that... and one part of our Dragon Maki (prawn sushi rolls topped with unagi) sticking into the picture


Beef sukiyaki... which wasn't too great cos they gave so little meat... :( We're talking about 2 ravenous bodybuilders ok!!

Our VERY CRISPY, VERY FRAGRANT Salmon Skin Maki... something different. :) At first was very skeptical about ordering this cos I thought it'd be very fatty and oil-drenched. I was proved wrong!

Kaki Tofu Fried. =.= Weird name, I know.... They're fried tofu squares coated generously in breadcrumbs and stuffed with oysters.

And what's a good meal without a good dessert! Yay for ice cream!

And it is people like us that make buffet restaurants hate our guts. XD 36 items!!! Like, WTF we ate enough to feed an entire family! And believe it or not I still had room for more.... if only it wasn't for the final order call.... siiiiighs... Even the waitress who brought us our bill was like, whoaa not bad...2 people only, can eat so much... XD

And later that night when we head to 1U to get groceries for breakfast the next day... we were tempted to grab gelato and pretzels too. And seeing that Vienna Bagels was finally open... XD They had a buy 3 free 3 promotion!! How could anybody resist??

And oh guess who I bumped into at Muscle Gym..... my ex-boss from Fitness First, Steven!!! Hahahahaha... it's been more than a year since I last saw him... :D And Ernie was like, heyyy u know each other?? SMALL WORLD!!! Omg... practically everybody at FF was connected to Ernie in some way or another... Kumar, Vikki, Sunny... now Steven!! The only colleague that didn't know Ernie beforehand is probably Haziman now... lols. Dammit I think I've gotta be reaaaally careful.... XD

Sunday was reaaaaally lazy... woke up late... went to Cineleisure to hang out at Outpost for awhile...

Playing this game called Blockus.... LOL... one of the many in Outpost's collection!

And finally I've the opportunity to try the chocolate chip cookie sundae at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. which I thought was really worth the money. :)

14th September 08 - SWAT Tactical Training @ Outpost Cineleisure
Was a very interesting and enlightening weekend. That military/SWAT simulation stuff we see in the movies is ALOT HARDER THAN YOU THINK!!!!! Fuuuh. And we also learnt a thing about all that streetfighting gangland style shooting... looks cool... but sorry la brader that stuff NEVER works in real life! :P And thanks Andi for the photos!

Not many photos taken that day... but there were videos of our room-clearing drill... which were INCREDIBLY HILARIOUS. In real life, we'd be dead upon entering. XD And the best thing was... we were doing it at a fire exit directly in front of a security camera. Gosh. The guards must've been having a good time watching and laughing their heads off! Hopefully these will be up soon. :D

Other things now... helped to move some stuff at CLGC today.... which included a demolition smashfest. This row of cabinets had to be taken apart in order to be carted out to the dump... so Ernie and I literally took it apart. With 2 Yamaha drum stands. Dammit someone should've taken a video!!! Well I have to say Ernie did most of the smashing and crashing, being the stronger one of us both (tho HEY I did do my fair share of damage!) and by the end of it all his drumstand actually bent! But well... the cabinet did "hit back" to an extent... along with the other stuff we were moving around...


Battle scars!! XD LOL

We need to do this more often :P
