Woke up. Legs feel like they've been run over by a monster truck.
Climbed down and up 25 floors of Ernie's condo before breakfast. It was friggin' suicide. Dear God, I love you guys.
p/s: I'm still looking for a training partner to go thru hell n' back with me. Lol.
